Congratulations to all who have successfully got themselves a place!

Here's what you need to do now...

Get your cheque book and write out 3 separate cheques made out to "University of Sheffield Students Union"

- One registration cheque for £75 (non-refundable).
- Two sponsorship deposit cheques for £100 each (dated 30th May)

Make sure your name, bummit number, trip number, card guarantee number and expiry date are written on the back of each cheque!

Hand the cheques in at the Source desk, in the Students Union between 7th and 14th Dec.

The registration cheque will not be cashed until the 15th Feb.
When you hand in your cheques you will receive your Bummit info pack telling you all you need to know.

Bummit to Budapest 2010 Sign-up

Sign-up is done online through www.bummit.co.uk
Applications will be going live on the website on Monday 30th November at 7pm so and be here on that date to sign up!

Each applicant will have to pay a £75 registration fee which covers our administration costs, insurance, a party and one nights accommodation in both the halfway city and our final city destination as well as a group meal at the endpoint. You will also receive the fabled Bummit pack which includes your swanky Bummit T-Shirt, assorted goodies for the trip as well as the essential Bummit Book of Books.

Each applicant will, at the time of paying registration fees, also have to submit two cheques made out for £100 each which will only be cashed if they don't raise the required minimum £200 in sponsorship.

When you sign up, please make sure you have handy:

- Passport number and issue/expiry dates
- EHIC card (can be got after signing up)
- Your doctor's details
- Details of your next of kin
- A housemate's name and number
- Your ucard number

PLEASE REMEMBER: If your passport has only six months before it expires, you CAN'T travel, which would be bad times, so everyone needs to check this!

We run Team Mating Socials for those signed up without a team, so you're bound to find someone to go with.

Don't get put off if none of your mates want to join up, just do it, and come to the team mating socials!! :)
